Prudent Growth Operations is a full-service commercial property management company with a hands-on approach to serving our properties and tenants.

PGO manages the physical, financial, leasing, and tenant relationship aspects of the majority of the properties owned by Prudent Growth. Our people engage with our investments and design programs that support and enrich our tenants, residents, and the surrounding communities. We assist during all phases of property acquisition and disposition, including underwriting, physical inspection, and tenant interviews.

Leasing & Asset Management

Leasing and Asset Management coordinates and serves tenant-related needs on a majority of properties within our portfolio, ensuring our tenants remain satisfied and focused on success. In addition, we act as liaisons within various internal departments to be sure all efforts are properly aligned with our assets, leasing operations, and tenant relations strategy.

Facilities & Property Management

Facilities and Property Management oversees the overall performance and daily operations of each property, making sure all building systems function efficiently and safely. This team handles routine maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, safety inspections, and compliance to maintain a high standard of service, tenant satisfaction, and property value preservation.

Finance & Treasury Management

Finance and Treasury Management is responsible for the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of the company and its managed properties. This includes budgeting, tracking income and expenses, generating reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Together, this team safeguards the financial health of PGO.
