Our Strategy
We are actively pursuing new properties, and our primary focus is on multi-tenant neighborhood strip centers and multi-tenant industrial flex with NOI growth resulting from leasing vacant spaces and/or from built-in rent escalations and near-term lease expirations. We firmly believe that our relationships and network fundamentally help drive our success. We are always looking to build new connections with owners and brokers and appreciate receiving on and off-market opportunities.
