Prudent Growth Welcomes New Team Member

Leah Sykes has joined Prudent Growth as a Tenant Relationship Manager based in Charlotte, NC. Leah will be coordinating tenant-related needs for properties within our portfolio to encourage & enable them to thrive. In addition, she’ll be liaising within departments to ensure internal efforts are properly aligned with our leasing & tenant relations strategies.

Leah comes to Prudent Growth from Amelia Island, FL where she served as the Assistant Director of Recreation for the Omni Resort. She previously worked for Duke University and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Leah graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and a minor in Legal Studies.
