Prudent Growth Cares Partners with Elmington for Backpack Giveaway

Prudent Growth Cares, the community engagement arm of Prudent Growth Partners LLC, teamed up with the local staff of Elmington Property Management on July 19th for a Backpack Giveaway to serve and bless children in grades K-5 and their families at Kirkwood and The Glen apartments in Tupelo, Mississippi.

A team of 7 people representing Elmington and PGP came together in a fun environment the evening before to prepare and assemble the backpacks. The bags contained all the necessary supplies from the district-provided lists, with 150 backpacks given away to kids living in the respective apartment communities and representing two area elementary schools.

The on-site distribution gave the Elmington and PG Cares team another chance to meet and get to know residents and their families while enjoying some personal connections. “I’ve been living in apartment complexes with my kids for a long time and I have never seen kindness like this from the management and owners,” said a resident of The Glen. “I am thankful for the show of love. This helps so much.”
