Prudent Growth Completes Sale of Fairfax Business Center in North Carolina

Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a Chapel Hill, NC-based private equity real estate firm, has sold its Fairfax Business Center in Greensboro, NC for $4,780,000. The 66,500-square-foot multi-tenant industrial office park was purchased in August 2019 for $4,100,000.
