Prudent Growth Completes Sale of Olde Towne at Berwick

Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a Chapel Hill, NC-based private equity real estate firm, has sold its Old Towne at Berwick property in Savannah, GA for $6,850,000. The 29,500-square-foot multi-tenant neighborhood shopping center was purchased in September 2019 for $5,450,000.
