Prudent Profile: Fred Garrett

Fred Garrett joined Prudent Growth in January 2025 as a Maintenance Coordinator. He is responsible for the maintenance for our commercial properties, in addition to other facility management tasks.

Fred graduated from The University of South Carolina with a degree in Political Science in 2022. While in school, he was the Assistant Campaign Manager for the incumbent Commissioner of Agriculture's campaign. Previously, Fred worked as a data analyst for D&G Support Service, in support of the Defense Logistics Agency.

Fred grew up in Tappahannock, VA. In his free time, he enjoys practicing guitar, playing tennis, and cheering on the Gamecocks. He currently lives in Charlotte, NC.
