Perry Dickson |
Director of Property Management
Perry joined Prudent Growth as an intern in 2020 as a student at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduation from UNC in 2021, he was hired as a Property Management Associate. He soon moved into the role of Property Manager, then Sr Property Manager.
He is now the Director of Property Management, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the company’s property portfolio, reporting directly to the COO. He leads the property management teams to ensure that all properties are well-maintained, operating efficiently, and delivering a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Director of Finance
Franklin joined Prudent Growth in December 2022 as a Property Manager and soon shifted into the Property Accountant role. He is now the Director of Finance, where he oversees the company’s financial operations, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and reporting. He plays a key role in supporting the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making and drive growth. Franklin also collaborates closely with the COO to support property management accounting, ensuring accurate financial tracking of property-level expenses, maintenance costs, and leasing income.
Parker Owen |
Sr Property Manager
Parker joined Prudent Growth in August 2022 as a Property Manager. Now as a Senior Property Manager, Parker oversees the operations of 14 commercial retail properties, encompassing a diverse portfolio of over 165 tenants. Parker also manages and mentors the property management team based in the Charlotte, NC office, providing training and guidance to ensure best practices in property operations, tenant relations, and compliance.
Additionally, Parker leads special projects for the Director of Property Management and the Chief Operations Officer, contributing to initiatives that enhance the company's operational excellence and long-term growth.
Jordan Pierce
| Sr Acquisitions Associate
Jordan joined Prudent Growth in December 2022 as a Financial Analyst, where he developed a useful tool and database to track loan terms and amortization. Subsequently, Jordan transitioned to the Acquisitions team as an Acquisitions Associate, where he has played a key role in identifying new opportunities and conducting comprehensive due diligence. He also provides support our Operations team with financial analyses.
Jordan's role has now expanded to a Sr Acquisitions Associate, where he will continue his valuable Acquisition activities and take on increased leadership and mentoring responsibilities, further strengthening the team's capabilities.
Alison Sain
| Sr Finance Manager
Alison joined Prudent Growth in August 2023 as our Office Manager in Chapel Hill. She quickly moved into the Operations Manager positions, and then to Finance Manager for the Operations Team.
Alison is now a Sr Finance Manager, overseeing the company's accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring efficient and accurate management of financial transactions. She plays a pivotal role in corporate bookkeeping, maintaining the integrity of financial records and compliance with company policies. Alison collaborates closely with the Director of Finance on special projects, aligning them with the company’s operational and financial goals.
