Katie Metz has joined Prudent Growth as a Property Manager based in Cincinnati, OH. Katie will be managing our retail properties in Ohio, Indiana, & Missouri. She’s worked with us as a third-party manager for five years and we’re happy to have her come on board at Prudent Growth!
