Welcome, New Team Member

Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a private equity real estate investment firm with offices in Chapel Hill and Charlotte, NC, is thrilled to announce the hiring of Alexis Pattison as its Executive VP of Strategic Partnerships & Leasing Operations. Alexis officially assumed her role earlier this month, bringing 18 years of commercial real estate experience to the Prudent Growth team. Most recently, she served as Head of a billion-dollar development pipeline ensuring the firm had the financial resources to achieve its growth strategy. Prior to that, she served as SVP of Closing for a national mortgage banking firm overseeing upwards of $5 billion in debt and managing more than 600 transactions.

With her extensive commercial real estate background, Alexis is poised to make significant contributions to PGP's continued growth and success. She is experienced with nearly all asset and lender types in the acquisition, refinance, and construction arenas. 

Alexis holds a Real Estate, Finance and Economics Degree and is a licensed Real Estate Broker-in-Charge. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two daughters.
